Does Stephen's artwork come with a guarantee?

Yes. All canvas prints from Stephen's collection are guaranteed to arrive undamaged and be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Instructions for documenting a damage or defect claim and receiving a replacement are included with every canvas. Because every print is created to order, however, we do not accept returns based on a subjective interpretation of the art.

How is the artwork created?

Every canvas in the Collection is crafted by hand in the U.S.A. at the time the order is placed. Our Genuine Giclée™ process includes printing at very fine resolution with pigmented UltraChrome HDR inks on heavyweight, bright white, environmentally-friendly OBA-free canvas approved by the Fine Art Trade Guild. Every print is sealed with an innovative archival matte-finish topcoat that protects it against UV fading, moisture and humidity. Our canvases are expertly stretched, with attention to detail, around custom milled sustainable solid wood stretcher frames. Our components and processes result in finished artwork that has been rated by Wilhelm Imaging Research to resist fading or deterioration for in excess of 100 years.

How long will it take to process my order?

We complete and ship most orders in just 2 to 4 business days. (Large orders may take a longer, depending on the number of pieces ordered. Please feel free to Contact Us for a quote.)

Where do you ship? What are the shipping charges?

Regardless of size, all canvas prints in the Collection ship via FedEx Ground for a low flat rate of $14.50 each within the lower 48 U.S. states. The rate to Alaska or Hawaii is $29.00 per canvas. If you need your canvases to arrive more quickly, FedEx Express shipping is an available option. (Express shipping rates vary by order size and destination. You can obtain a quote in your shopping cart.) We do not ship directly to destinations outside the United States, however, you may wish to explore the options available from international package forwarding services such as MyUS.com.

How should I care for my Collection artwork?

We recommend displaying your canvas prints in a dry, temperature-controlled location. If you ever find it to be necessary, you can gently clean a Collection print without harming it by using a feather duster or a dry or water-dampened soft cloth.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our secure checkout accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and PayPal. You can also pay through your checking account if you've enrolled it through PayPal.

Do you collect sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Florida.

Can you ship my order to someone else or to multiple addresses?

Of course. If you are purchasing gifts, we’ll even include a personal message if you'd like. Just let us know during the checkout process.
